Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from:

• the day of conclusion of the contract, in the case of contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium

• the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of contracts for physical products

Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 daysfrom the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Special Provisions for Digital Content

In the case of contracts for digital content (online courses) that is not delivered on a physical medium:

The right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun after you have expressly consented to the immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
